01 / OUR EXPERTISE

Different disciplines.
One shared vision.

Architecture & construction01

From a clear brief to a coordinated build.

We connect design, engineering and project delivery to give complex building projects a clear technical direction.

  • Technical feasibility
  • Design coordination
  • Execution planning
Civil engineering02

Infrastructure that connects people.

We bring experience in transport, logistics and large-scale infrastructure to the decisions that matter, from early feasibility to technical coordination.

  • Rail & transport
  • Logistics & facilities
  • Project management
Naval & industrial03

Better systems. On land and at sea.

We combine shipyard experience with engineering and technology to improve vessel operations, industrial processes and the infrastructure behind them.

  • Shipyards & vessels
  • Industrial systems
  • Procurement & tenders
Software development04

Operational knowledge, built into software.

We design and develop digital products around real workflows, connecting calculation, planning and execution in reliable, scalable platforms.

  • Custom platforms
  • System architecture
  • Process automation

02 / OUR PRODUCTS

Ideas engineered
into reality.

Our own ventures bring together the engineering expertise and digital capabilities of OptimLab.

Optim Yard

A smarter shipyard.

Plan, simulate and optimise the placement of vessels. Optim Yard connects space, schedules and work orders in one operational platform.

More about Optim Yard

The platform takes account of each vessel’s dimensions, length of stay and planned work. It digitises a traditionally manual process and enables quotes in minutes rather than one or two days, according to pilot shipyard estimates.

*Estimates for pilot shipyards, supplied by the project team. Results depend on each operation.

More about Whale Dock

The system eliminates load-bearing cables and reduces concrete use, replacing much of the machinery with software-controlled buoyancy. The project estimates 60% lower maintenance costs and almost 80% less carbon footprint compared with traditional systems.

Winner of the COIN Naval Entrepreneur Award 2025 and recognised by Poets&Quants among the most disruptive MBA startups of 2025. European patent application filed.

*Project estimates compared with conventional systems. Outcomes depend on configuration and application.

03 / SELECTED EXPERIENCE

Experience that
goes further.

A selection of projects from our partners’ professional careers, including work delivered within other organisations.
